What’s more, the Acendo Vibe 5100 comes equipped with acoustic echo cancellation, which reduces the amount of ambient or background noise in a room. It connects with HDMI, USB, Bluetooth, and other devices such as laptops and audio players.

Compatible with popular room scheduling software such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Google Calendar, the Acendo Book is a scheduling panel for structured reservation of conference areas. With the screen, a user can schedule room usage in advance, avoiding miscommunication. Lighted LED bars on the device indicate the availability of a room by changing between red and green. Sophisticated yet subtle, The Acedno Book seamlessly ties together a conference or huddle space deployment. It can be mounted on any flat surface, including glass or stone, inside or outside a conference room or classroom. The Acendo Book includes an onboard configuration wizard, and it is available in 7” and 10” flavors.
